The Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) is a Catholic university in Venezuela . The college was founded on October 23, 1953 in Caracas ; Offices were set up in Los Teques , Guiana and Coro .
It is named after the writer Andrés Bello . The leadership is incumbent on the religious order of the Jesuits .
