The University of Alfonso X el Sabio ( Spanish Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio ) is a private university in Villanueva de la Cañada, west of Madrid . It bears the name of Alfonso X (Castile) . It has trained 200,000 students in the 18 years since it was founded. The campus has 780,000 m².
