University Hospital Tulln

The Tulln University Hospital is a hospital in Tulln on the Danube , Lower Austria , and is run by the Lower Austrian Regional Clinic Holding . It is located at Alter Ziegelweg 10 in the southeast of the city. It has about 440 beds and, together with the University Medical Center Krems (about 460 beds) and the University Hospital St. Pölten (about 1,140 beds), the University Hospitals of 2013, founded in Krems settled Karl Landsteiner Private University of Health Sciences .

history

A civil hospital and military hospital are first documented in the 14th century. In 2002 it was decided to merge the Gugging State Neurological Clinic and the Danube Clinic Tulln. From 2005 to 2007 new buildings and renovations were carried out in Tulln. In 2007 the Gugging location was relocated to Tulln and Baden. Since 2013, FUJIFILM's prior Landesklinikum forms Tulln under the name University Hospital Tulln together with the University Medical Center Krems and the University Hospital St. Pölten teaching hospitals, the Confederation gave in Krems settled Karl Landsteiner Private University of Health Sciences .
