The University of Sacramento is a private , state-recognized university based in Sacramento, California .
The Catholic University , founded in 2004, is supported by the religious order of the Legionaries of Christ and is part of the Red de Universidades Anáhuac . Studies began in 2007. By 2012, around 5000 students and around 2000 students should be enrolled in postgraduate courses.
