A Weed Puller is a garden tool that allows a weed designated plants such as thistles , dandelions (Taraxacum) , creeping thistle , Rumex obtusifolius or knotweed along with root can be removed from the garden land.

A version that is inexpensive to produce (top illustration) consists of a semicircular or angled sheet metal with a slightly V-shaped tip and a handle. The variant shown below has a relatively thin but stable round metal shaft , at the end of which there is a goat's foot-like tip.

The unit is pierced vertically next to the plant about 5 to 10 cm in the ground, by lever effect which is taproot cut by the V-shaped tip, and the plant can be grown with root from the ground.

Devices that can be used while standing (without bending down) have three gripping claws that enclose the weed roots by foot operation and can be levered out of the ground by hand.
