The residential building Unterheydener Straße 29 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The half-timbered house was built in the 18th century and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. U 007 on December 4, 1984 .

In the old settlement center of Heyden there is a group of several half-timbered houses on Unterheydener Straße.

architecture

The aforementioned assembly from the 18th century essentially consists of a farmhouse, probably from the 17th century. The core of the two-storey half - timbered house can be read off by a stud frame with a frame and main central supports. The half-timbered buildings on Unterheydener Strasse are worth protecting as monuments.
