Uzbek ice hockey league

The Uzbek Ice Hockey League (UIHC) is hosted by the Uzbek Ice Hockey Federation. Semurg Tashkent became the first champion in 2019 .

2013 season

The league was originally founded in 2012. Participants were four clubs from Tashkent : Bars, Binokor , Bely Medvedi and Akuly. The first game took place on January 21, 2013. After four games, however, the season was canceled.

Season 2019

In 2019 the league was rebuilt. Again four teams from Tashkent took part in the league:

The league started on February 8, 2019. The play-offs began on March 22, the last final took place on April 16. Some of the games took place in the Humo Arena , which opened on March 15, 2019 and has a capacity of 12,500.
