Uwe Adamczyk

Uwe Adamczyk (born January 12, 1962 in Zwickau ) is a German politician ( Die Linke ). From 1994 to 2004 he was a member of the Saxon State Parliament for the PDS .

Life

Adamczyk completed after the tenth grade from 1978 to 1980 a skilled worker training as a commercial clerk for health and social affairs. He then worked at a specialist hospital for lung diseases until 1987 and then at a senior citizens' center until 1994. During this time he attended the district culture academy in Karl-Marx-Stadt from 1989 to 1990 .

Adamczyk worked as an honorary FDJ secretary from 1979 to 1989 and has been a member of the SED since 1980 . He later joined the PDS. From 1990 to 1993 he was a member of the district board of the PDS-Glauchau and also a member of the regional council of the PDS Saxony. From 1992 to 1995 he was state chairman of the Young Comrades Working Group of the PDS Saxony. He was a member of the state parliament of Saxony from 1994 to 2004, drafted via the state list. He is a member of the VVN-BdA Saxony and has been a state spokesperson since November 2009.

Adamczyk is also the chairman of the Zwickau district association and a member of the board of the VdK regional association .
