Uwe Lenhart

Uwe Lenhart (born October 18, 1968 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German lawyer and criminal defense attorney.

Life

After studying law in Frankfurt am Main, Lenhart passed his first state examination on November 6, 1995. He did his legal preparatory service in the district of the Darmstadt Regional Court from 1996 to 1998, and completed his training with the second state examination on August 14, 1998.

In addition to an internship with the Frankfurt lawyer and notary Eckart C. Hild, Uwe Lenhart worked in the general practice of lawyer and notary Stephan Sauer, Frankfurt am Main, with a focus on traffic law. After admission to the bar by the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association and entry in the list of attorneys at the Frankfurt am Main District Court and the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court , Lenhart has been practicing law in his own law firm in the exclusive areas of traffic law, including administrative offenses and driving license law, as well as commercial and tax criminal law January 2000. Granted the authority to use the designation " specialist lawyer for criminal law " in January 2005. Permission to use the designation " specialist lawyer for traffic law " in November 2005. After the introduction of the further specialist lawyer designation for traffic law on July 1, 2005, the Frankfurt Bar Association on Main Uwe Lenhart was appointed to their preliminary examination committee due to his professional competence.

Lenhart is the author of the column “Right on Wheels” in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (FAS) , which has been published every two weeks since February 16, 2003.

Lenhart is recommended by an outstanding number of colleagues in the focus lists of Germany's top lawyers, which have been published annually since 2013.
