Birds - Magazine for Bird Watching has been an ornithological magazine published by DWJ-Verlags-GmbH since 2004 .
Birds is aimed at beginners as well as advanced bird watchers, nature tourists and amateur photographers. In addition, the magazine publishes background information, identification aids and reports on the bird species and their lives. Tips on bird watching and traveling as well as personal experiences from experts in ornithology are another part of the magazine.
The magazine also writes about binoculars, spotting scopes and other optical accessories that are needed to observe animals.
