history

The superheated steam locomotive ordered in 1926 was given the serial number 7 after delivery and commissioning in the same year.

Used by Norges Statsbaner

With the expiry of the concession for the private Valdresbane on July 1, 1937, the entire Valdresbane and the locomotive were taken over by Norges Statsbaner . There it was given the new series designation NSB 52a and the new company number 23 . It was used in the Oslo district , and in the spring of 1955 it was transferred to the Hamar district . It was only there for a short time, from autumn 1955 it came back to Oslo, where it remained until it was withdrawn on February 28, 1958. After the decommissioning, the locomotive was scrapped .
