VEB Kombinat Pulp and Paper Heidenau

The VE Kombinat Zellstoff und Papier Heidenau in Heidenau was an important group of state- owned companies in the GDR for the manufacture of paper products. It emerged from VVB Zellstoff Papier Pappe (since 1952) and existed from 1979 to 1990. Some plants still had various substations (e.g. Penig paper mills).
