concept

Six Swiss celebrities from entertainment, politics and business were invited to each broadcast. The VIPs were initially divided into three groups of two. After two rounds of play, the best team made it to the final round. From here on, the two previous team members played against each other for the day's victory. With the help of postcards or the phone, viewers could bet on their favorites and win a trip or 50,000 francs. The show was loosened up by performances by national and international music groups, and films by a street comedian were also played.

The idea of VIParade was to get to know the VIPs from their personal and private side, so at the beginning they spent the time on a large sofa, on which they talked together and were interviewed by the moderator.
