VMSF
Vacances musicales sans frontières (VMSF) is a French association founded in Paris in 1988 . The association strives for the musical and artistic promotion of children and young people between the ages of 6 and 20 during their free time. To achieve this goal, the association organizes concerts and music competitions , organizes orchestras , ensembles , musical projects of various styles, music and language exchanges, workshops and courses.
Through cooperations, for example with the Jeunesses Musicales Germany , funding from the Franco-German Youth Office and through various partners in Europe, such as in Spain, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom, a wide variety of artistic content can be held at exchanges, holiday camps and workshops in the respective countries, with language acquisition and cross-border communication between children and young people playing an important role.
