The VSB-30 is a Brazilian sounding rocket that is used as the successor to the Skylark rocket in experiments in Esrange .

The VSB-30 can carry a payload of 407 kg to an altitude of 260 km. It has a takeoff weight of 2657 kg and a takeoff thrust of 102  kN . Its length is 12.8 m and its diameter is 58 cm. It is based on the Sonda 3 rocket .

Their first launch took place on October 23, 2004 in Alcântara . The first launch in Kiruna took place on December 1, 2005 .
