valantic was founded in 2012 under the name DABERO Service Group and renamed valantic in 2017. In February 2019, DPE Deutsche Private Equity Management III GmbH (DPE) acquired a majority stake in valantic GmbH.
visiondays
The vision days are a platform for professional networks to digital transformation . The congress has been organized annually by valantic since 1990 and takes place alternately in Hamburg and Munich. Over two days, experts from different industries will present their transformation strategies and digitization projects in workshops, lectures and specialist forums and exchange experiences.
