Valcemar Silva

Valcemar Justino Silva (born February 27, 1968 ) is a Brazilian racing cyclist .

In 1996 Valcemar Silva was first overall at the Volta Ciclistica de Porto Alegre . In 1998 he won the Circuito Boavista, which he was able to win in 2000 and 2002. He also won the overall ranking of the Volta de Porto Alegre in 2000. The next year, Silva won two stages at 500 Millas el Norte and was able to win the overall standings. In 2002 he won a stage at the Volta Ciclística Internacional de Santa Catarina and was again first of the Volta de Porto Alegre. In the 2003 season he was successful at the Volta Inconfidencia Mineira and again won a section at the Volta de Santa Catarina, as well as in 2004. He was also first in 2004 at the prologue of the Volta Ciclistica Internacional do Paraná. In 2005 Silva won a section at the Volta de Porto Alegre and in 2006 the second stage at Torneio de Verao. In the 2007 season he drove for the Brazilian Continental Team Scott-Marcondes Cesar , where he won a stage of the Volta Inconfidencia Mineira and the team time trial of the Volta de Santa Catarina. In 2008 Silva became national road racing champion for the first time.
