Valdorfer Mulde

The Valdorfer Mulde is a valley near Vlotho on the Weser .

The "Valdorfer Mulde", which lies between the Piesberg - Pyrmont axis and the Kalldorfer Muschelkalksattel , which runs almost parallel, was named after the former farmers Valdorf, which today belongs to the town of Vlotho . In the wider area there are well-known baths u. a. such as Bad Oeynhausen , Bad Lippspringe , Bad Pyrmont , Bad Salzuflen and numerous smaller so-called "farmer baths". The region owes the name " Germany's Healing Garden " to this fact .
