The Valencienner Strasse 9 building is located in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The residential building is the former authorized signatory of the Leopold Schoeller cloth factory . It was built around 1895.

The two-storey eaves brick building has light brick decorative inlays. There is a half hip roof on the house . The front has five axes. The entrance is in the risalit-like central axis with a stepped gable . The house has arched windows on the ground floor and arched windows on the upper floor.

The building is registered under No. 1/073 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
