Valens Ndayisenga (born January 1, 1994 in Rwamagana ) is a Rwandan cyclist .

In 2012, Valens Ndayisenga was third in the Rwandan road championship and fifth in the junior individual time trial at the African road cycling championships. The following year he won a stage of the Tour of Rwanda and finished seventh in the individual time trial of the elite at the continental championships .

In 2014, Ndayisenga became two-time national road racing and individual time trial champions and won the overall ranking of the Tour of Rwanda after having previously won the second stage.
