Valentine Grub
Valentine Grub (before 1897 - after 1902) was a German opera singer ( soprano ).
Life
Grub got her first engagement at the court theater in Weimar , where she made her debut as "Donna Anna" in Don Giovanni and stayed for three years. In 1900 she joined the Association of the Bremen City Theater , where she remained at least in 1902 and was a popular member of the ensemble there. Her dramatic presentation was valued and she knew how to say good things about her playing. She had repeatedly confirmed her skills in roles such as Elisabeth in Tannhäuser , Sieglinde in Die Walküre , Eva in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg , Elsa in Lohengrin , Pamina in Die Zauberflöte etc.
