Vandenberg AFB Space Launch Emplacement 8 (LE-8, formerly 75-2-8) was a launch site at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California , USA .

The launch site, as well as the Vandenberg AFB Space Launch Complex 10 , was used in the late 1950s and early 1960s to test the Thor medium-range missile, which was stationed in Great Britain at the time.
