Vasada

Vasada ( Greek  Οὐάσαδα Ouasada ) was an ancient city in the Lycaonia region of Asia Minor , southwest of Laodikeia Katakekaumene . It was on the Kestel Dağ near what is now Bostandere , Seydişehir district in the Turkish province of Konya .

In late antiquity, Vasada was the seat of a bishop; The titular Vasada of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to the diocese .
