Vasilevo ( Macedon. Василево) is a village in the southeast of the Republic of North Macedonia . It is located in a valley between the town of Strumica, about 5 km away, and the town of Radoviš and is the administrative seat of the municipality of the same name.
The municipality of Vasilevo comprises 18 villages and has 12,122 inhabitants (2002 census), of which around 10,000 are Macedonians and around 2,000 are Turks . The area of the municipality is 230.40 km².
