Vepriai is the largest impact crater in Lithuania . It is named after the city of Vepriai , which is located in the center of the crater. The crater is eroded and covered by ice age deposits, so it is not visible. Its diameter is 8 km and its age is estimated to be greater than 160 ± 10 million years.
