Association participation

The association participation is a term used in connection with the environmental law and with the specific cooperate or participation rights and information rights of nature conservation groups and to various federal and state laws relates.

The association's participation gives the nature conservation groups recognized according to § 3 of the Environmental Remedies Act a right to information and a right to participate in environmentally relevant topics, insofar as it affects their self-imposed tasks, which must be anchored in the association's statutes.
