Connectedness

In the psychology of communication, connectedness is the feeling of belonging to another person or a group of people and of being in a mutual trusting relationship.

According to Friedemann Schulz von Thun , connectedness is one of the four basic needs of the soul  - in addition to the feeling of self-worth , a sufficient degree of freedom and the need to be loved .
