"A long time ago - Das Wiedersehen" is a docu-soap that was broadcast from October 15, 2007 to November 30, 2007 on Sat.1 . After an average of just over 1.4 million viewers saw the program, Sat.1 stopped broadcasting prematurely on November 30, 2007.
In the approximately 22-minute docu-soap, each program is about five people who were, for example, work colleagues, school friends, etc. in the past who lost contact with each other after a while. The friends see each other again through the Sat.1 documentary soap and virtually get to know each other again. There are also rules in this television program.
