The club for water sports Blau-Weiss Cologne from 1932 e. V. (Blau-Weiss Köln) is a German canoeing club based in Cologne .

Blau-Weiss Köln is one of the most successful German canoeing clubs in white water racing and has already produced several world champions with Stephan Stiefenhöfer , Max Hoff and Niels Verhoef. In addition, Blau-Weiss Köln does canoeing and volleyball .

The foundation stone of the canoeing club, which was founded in 1932, was laid with the acquisition of the former floating boathouse of the Cologne RV in 1877 in the Rodenkirchen district of Cologne . Blau-Weiss Köln has had its headquarters with its own sports and camping site on the banks of the Rhine in the Sürth district of Cologne since 1971 . The chairman of the canoeing club with around 150 members is Rolf Schürmann.
