Association register ordinance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Association Register Ordinance (VRV) sets the legal requirements for keeping the association register in Germany . Since association law is basically private law , but register law is regularly public law, the association register ordinance is the intersection of both legal matters. The public law nature of association law (regulated in the Association Act ) is irrelevant for the Association Register Ordinance .
