Clearing money (film business)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Clearing money , also called V-money or hand money , is money for necessary cash payments during a film shoot .

Not all financial transactions can and / or may be made cashless . Thus maintaining transparency, it is necessary that during a shoot, a portion of the budget available and free bar in a petty cash is available. The daily allocation and payment of the set-off funds is determined by the film management based on the cost calculation and the shooting schedule , and the demand determined is paid to the production management. The film production management can determine the scope of the clearing fee based on a requirement, the needs of which must be clearly broken down. She vouches for the money and its lawful use by signature and is obliged to prove the lawful use with correct allocation to the film management.
