Authorized dealer

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Authorized dealers are independent merchants who, based on contractual obligations, sell goods from one or more specific manufacturers or suppliers in their own name for their own account.

The integration into the sales structure of the manufacturer or supplier creates the impression of a branch company for external third parties.

In the law there is no standard on the dealer.

Duties of the authorized dealer
