history

The VideoGang developed from the contrasting video course at the Zurich holiday sports camp in Fiesch . VideoGang was broadcast for the first time on Tele Züri in August 1996 . The show is re-produced once a month and repeated for two weeks. With the launch of Tele24 on October 12, 1998, VideoGang is produced fortnightly. It shares the broadcasting slot alternately with the youth program ZapZone . Since August 23, 1999 the program has been updated weekly. However, on November 30, 2001, broadcasting on Tele24 will be discontinued. The VideoGang will be broadcast again on Tele Züri.

From 2002, the VideoGang will be located on several private broadcasting stations and can again be received in most of the German-speaking parts of Switzerland. In addition, the programs will be offered and archived on the Internet as video on demand from April 12, 2004 .
