Video dance
Video dance is an inter- media hybrid between dance and film that has been found in abundance since the 1980s. It is thus an expression of postmodern eclecticism. The choreographies are created especially for the video and include dancers and cameras alike. Merce Cunningham is considered to be the founder of this art movement.
