Vijay Hazare Trophy 2014/15
The Vijay Hazare Trophy 2014/15 was the 13th edition of the National List-A cricket - competition in India . The competition was held between November 6th and 25th, 2014 between 27 Indian first-class teams. In the final, Karnataka was able to prevail against Punjab with 156 runs.
format
The 27 first-class teams were divided into five groups according to regional criteria, with two groups having six and three groups having five teams. In these groups, each team played each other once and received four points for every win and two points for every draw or no result . The first two of each group qualified for the quarter-finals, and the teams in the west and north zone qualified for the second round, where the winner of the Vijay Hazare Trophy was then played in neutral stadiums in the knockout system.
