Viktor Pratl

Viktor Pratl (born May 15, 1896 in Hausmannstätten , † July 8, 1960 in Pernegg an der Mur ) was an Austrian trade union secretary and politician ( SDAP ). Pratl was married and a member of the Burgenland Landtag .

Pratl was born as the son of the housewife Christina Pratl from Hausmannstätten. He attended elementary and community school and subsequently worked as a civil servant. He headed the social democratic district party secretariat for the districts of Güssing and Jennersdorf from the workers 'secretariat in Fürstenfeld and was subsequently union secretary in Güssing and agricultural workers' secretary in Großpetersdorf. From 1922 he was also a member of the state committee of the Social Democratic Workers' Party. On July 15, 1922, Pratl was sworn in as a member of the Burgenland Landtag and represented the Social Democratic Workers' Party in this body until January 30, 1923. Pratl resigned from office that day.
