The Villa Albrecht is a listed villa in the Magdeburg district of Herrenkrug in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the corner of Hauffstrasse and Mörikestrasse.

Architecture and history

The representative designed two-storey villa was built around 1910. The plastered building was designed in the style of neoclassicism . The villa is covered by a pyramid roof . The corners of the building are highlighted by pilaster strips . To the north towards Hauffstrasse there is a box-shaped protruding risalit . It is crowned by a triangular gable in which there is a lunette window . To the east to Mörikestrasse there is a semicircular, single-storey segment arched bay on which a balcony is arranged.

In the local register of monuments , the villa is listed as a historical building under registration number 107 15033.
