The Villa Hubertus is a residential building in Braunfels , a town in the Lahn-Dill district in Hesse . It was built in 1904 by the architect Carl Seiler on the property at Hubertusstraße 6 for the client Heinrich Grillo , who came from the industrial family Grillo in the Ruhr area . The villa is a listed building .

The massive building has half-timbered structures on the sloping gable surfaces . The two interlocking gable fronts are flanked by a round corner tower and an entrance tower that was added later. Inside, the entrance hall with fireplace and staircase gallery as well as the large staircase with a leaded glass window are worth mentioning.
