The Villa Kleinbach is a villa at Gutenbergstrasse 63 in Heilbronn . The building is a listed building .

History and description

The building was built in 1908 according to plans by the architect Jakob Saame for the reindeer Heinrich Kleinbach, merchant and democratic councilor for many years, born February 19, 1859 in Heilbronn, died March 22, 1931 in Heilbronn. The architect took up motifs from the local half-timbered architecture when designing the villa, which was built in the local style with quotations from the north and central German country house architecture of the 18th century.

In 1950 the villa belonged to the city administrator Emil Mühleisen, who still owned it in 1961.
