The Villa Simons (address Nützenberger Straße 307 ) is a slated villa in the style of a Bergisch house on Nützenberger Straße in Wuppertal - Elberfeld . The two-storey building has five axes with a three-axis central projection on the side facing the street and the garden.

The villa was the home of the Simons family and the birthplace of Walter Simons , who was born in 1861. The lawyer and politician became known as Foreign Minister of the German Empire (1920–1921). Walter Simons is the grandson of the textile manufacturer Johann Simons , his heirs continued the company under Johann Simons heirs .

On September 11, 1985, the villa was recognized as an architectural monument and entered in the list of monuments of the city of Wuppertal.
