Vincent Pangelinan

Vincent Edward Pangelinan (born March 2, 1972 ) is a former Guamese freestyle wrestler .

Career

At the Oceania Championships in 1992 Pangelinan won the gold medal in the lightest weight class up to 48 kilograms (light flyweight) in front of the Australian George Karipidis . It was Guam's first title win at the Oceania Wrestling Championships . He also took part in the same weight class in the Olympic wrestling competitions in Barcelona in 1992. There he was defeated by the American Tim Vanni and the Iranian Nader Rahmati .
