Friedrich Vincenz Wiederholt (born January 22, 1883 in Nörten-Hardenberg , † November 19, 1963 in Holzwickede ) was a German businessman and entrepreneur.

In 1919, Wiederholt founded the Mayweg & Wiederholt metal goods factory together with Hugo Mayweg in Holzwickede . They settled the new company on the site of the former Freiberg colliery . In 1935 Hugo Mayweg left and Vincenz Wiederholt continued the company under the name VW Werke Vincenz Wiederholt . Four subsidiaries were created, VW Eisenwerk Caroline GmbH, VW Gartenschmuck GmbH, Rohr + Bandstahl Handelsgesellschaft mbH and Rohrwerk Haltern GmbH. After the Second World War , the VW works were among the first companies in West Germany to get involved in social housing . After Wiederholt's death his daughter Helga Becker took over the management. Her son sold the company to the American company PTCAlliance in the late 1990s , and since 2015 it has been part of the Chinese Zhongding Group.

Vincenz-Wiederholt-Straße in Holzwickede is named after him.
