Vineta Bastian-Klinger

Vineta Bastian-Klinger (born May 4, 1907 in Eberswalde ; † unknown) was a German writer and screenwriter .

Life

The screenplay for Karl Hartl's film adaptation of the Gypsy Baron from 1935 was her film debut under the name Vineta Klinger. The film Paradise of the Sailors (1959) is based on their novel It Began in the Yellow Dragon . Her best-known literary work is the romance novel The Singer with the Mask (1951). She was married to the writer Hartmut Bastian for the second time .
