Viv Thomas
Vivian "Viv" Leonard Thomas (born January 10, 1948 in South Africa ) is a British film director for porn films .
Life
Thomas initially worked as a car mechanic in Swaziland . Due to a car accident, he had to give up his job and devoted himself to photography. He worked with the South African John Graham and founded his own studio. Through the South African Avril, who would later become his wife, he found more and more pleasure in glamor photos.
In a career spanning more than 15 years, he directed many films across a broad spectrum, but later specialized in lesbian pornography. His best-known film series include Pink Velvet , Office Girls and The Art of Kissing .
When a court ruling in the UK confirmed that pornographic films could only be sold in licensed shops and not on the internet, he moved to Portugal .
He has a daughter.
