Bird milk

Vogelmilch ( Polish : Ptasie Mleczko ) is a Polish confectionery that was invented in 1936 by the Warsaw confectioner Jan Wedel and is now sold by various manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe.

The soft milk foam stones, which look similar to the German dominoes, consist of foam sugar and are coated with a thin layer of cocoa-based fat glaze or chocolate . Bird milk is available in different flavors, u. a. Cream, vanilla, chocolate or lemon.
