Volker Grahl (born December 14, 1966 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

The striker Volker Grahl began his professional career in 1986 with the second division Arminia Bielefeld and made his second division debut on August 2, 1986 in the 2-3 defeat against SG Wattenscheid 09 . Grahl scored his first second division on May 23, 1987 in a 4-0 win for Bielefeld against FSV Salmrohr . In 1988 Grahl was relegated to the Oberliga Westfalen with the Bielefeld team and a year later he was runner-up with Arminia. For Arminia Grahl completed 40 second division games (six goals) and 34 upper division games (one goal). In the summer of 1989, Volker Grahl moved to TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus .
