Volker Senftleben

Volker Senftleben (born December 14, 1975 in Gronau (Leine) ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He has been a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament since 2017 .

Life

Volker Senftleben grew up in Eime . After attending school, he completed an apprenticeship as an administrative clerk and in 2000 as an administrative specialist. He works for the Hildesheim district .

Party and politics

Senftleben has been a member of the municipal council and the joint council of Eime since 2011. Since 2016 he has been mayor of Eime and since 2014 managing director of the SPD parliamentary group in the district council of the Hildesheim district. In the state elections in Lower Saxony in 2017 , he received a direct mandate in the Alfeld state electoral district .
