The constituency 23 Alfeld is an electoral district in Lower Saxony . It includes the towns of Alfeld (Leine) and Elze , the communities of Diekholzen , Freden , Lamspringe , Nordstemmen and Sibbesse as well as the combined community of Leinebergland in the Hildesheim district .
