The constituency 3 Braunschweig-West is an electoral district in Lower Saxony . It includes the city districts of Lehndorf-Watenbüttel , Nordstadt , Schunteraue , Veltenhof-Rühme , Wenden-Thune-Harxbüttel and the western ring area of the city of Braunschweig .
The constituency was newly formed for the state election in Lower Saxony in 2008 . In the electoral division that was valid in 2003, there were the constituencies of Braunschweig-Nordost, Braunschweig-Südost, Braunschweig-Südwest and Braunschweig-Nordwest.
