The Osterholz constituency is an electoral district for the Lower Saxony state parliament . From the district of Osterholz it includes the town of Osterholz-Scharmbeck , the communities of Grasberg , Lilienthal , Ritterhude and Worpswede and from the district of Verden the communities of Ottersberg and Oyten . The constituency thus comprises seven northeastern suburbs of Bremen .
